The odds of recovery look grim for Bobbi Kristina Brown, two days after she was found unconscious face down in a bathtub by her husband.

The 21-year-old was last reported in stable condition in a medical induced coma, but sources close to the family told TMZ that her brain function has 'significantly diminished'.

Entertainment Tonight reports that her father Bobby Brown, husband Nick Gordon and others have been advised to prepare for the worst and that the longer the 21-year-old remains in the coma, the more likely it will be that she will not regain consciousness. They are praying for her recovery but have also started to discuss how they would handle funeral arrangements.

It's still uncertain what caused the medical emergency Saturday morning at the home Bobbi Kristina shares with her husband Nick Gordon. However, family members are now starting to reveal Bobbi Kirstina's tortured life these past three years as she battled to make a name for herself as a singer and mourn the passing of her beloved mother.

I Don't Find P'Square Attractive -Cynthia Morgan

Sherifat Morgan known as Cynthia Morgan opened up to the Nation about taking over the industry and her relationship with Jude Okoye who signed her and his brother, Psquare

How old are you now?
I am 23 and still holding it down..
Every time you appear on Television or release pictures for the media you exude sex. Even in your lyrics, you do the same thing, so much that one will look at you and say she can’t do without sex, how often do you have sex?
Hahaha… I know I am sexy but that doesn’t mean I am an addict.
You were quoted somewhere to have said you will exceed the musical achievements of the likes of P’Square, Tuface, D’banj and other new generation pathfinders of Nigerian music. With what you have achieved so far, will you say you are on course?

I’m one hundred percent confident that I am on course. And I think there is no young artiste who should not aspire to be greater than these guys that have open doors internationally for us. Take for instance, when the likes of P’Square started, there was no semblance of structure. It was war before you will be heard outside the shores of Nigeria. But the case is different in our own era. I just began and I already have a humongous fan base in countries like Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa and other foreign countries. Even the twins (P’Square) are proud of what I have been able to achieve in no time. The reality is that this is just the beginning.
When North Side Entertainment came along to sign you and you realised you were going to be under the same management with P’Square, did you not feel or are you not feeling any pressure to deliver?
A whole lot of people have been asking me ‘how have you been able to cope with these guys that are known globally and I tell you what I say to them: ‘I have never been under the shadow of P’Square from day one and even when it was time to break out into the market, I did not fly under their wings.’ I never did that baby P’Square thing. Anywhere they are, I will be there. It is a mentality my people are proud of. I just let my work speak – not that Nigerians should listen to me because P’Square said so. In fact a whole lot of people do not know I am with P’Square.
The pressure is from me, because I work, knowing they are the biggest in Africa and I cannot afford to be less than that. That is the only pressure I feel. People have been asking, ‘when will you do a song with P’Square since you have them at your beck and call?’ And I tell them I am not a baby P’Square. I am working and they are working. I know when they listen to my materials they are the ones that will say Cynthia, you no won put us for your album?
Are you that confident?
Yes of course, they must indicate interest first. In fact they need to beg me to be in my album and I will have to see if it is possible. I am not just going to feature them because I have access to them or because we are under the same management.

You work with three very attractive men in your label. Have you ever experienced any form of sexual harassment or don’t you have a crush on any of them?
Paul and Peter are like my big brothers while Jude (our manager) is my father. So, there is just no way I can develop a sexual relationship with any of them, because we are one big happy family.

It’s disgraceful for soldiers to run away from Boko Haram —Buhari

General Muhammadu Buhari, on Saturday evening, declared that it was disgraceful for Nigerian soldiers to run away from insurgents and abandon their weapons in the process. The retired General stated these at the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) Square in Bauchi,He said if elected, he will put an end to insurgency
“It is disgraceful for Nigeria despite the fact that our military had participated in peacekeeping operations in Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Sudan and did well, they could not battle terrorists in Nigeria,”“APC government at the federal level will find a lasting solution to the problem of insecurity. We are going to look into the problems confronting the police, army, navy and Air Force who, despite the huge money being spent on them as salaries and for procuring weapons for them by the government, could still find it difficult to face insurgents.

Buhari trashes President Jonathan in online poll again

If the President Goodluck Jonathan campaign thinks the social media will not have any impact on the coming February 14 presidential election, they would be committing a costly blunder. Today, there are more Nigerians online than there were back in 2011 and even those who are not online these days are getting some feedbacks from their family and friends who are active on the social media.

On like three different occasions, Jonathan has been defeated squarely by Buhari online. What is the cause; what are those in the opposition doing right and what is the President's team doing wrong?

Above is another poll result conducted by Jonathan's man on social media, yet Buhari won convincingly!

Patience Jonathan & Wike Loot NDDC; Can’t Pay staff Salaries

An ongoing investigation by Sahara Reporters has revealed that former Education Minister Nyesom Wike and Nigeria’s First Lady, Patience Jonathan, collaborated in a number of schemes that enabled them to loot the resources of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). The commission, which was established to spearhead economic development in Nigeria’s oil-producing delta, has been left financially insolvent, unable for the first time ever to pay salaries to its staff or to meet its obligations to contractors.

Over a two-week investigation, insiders within NDDC told Sahara Reporters that Mrs. Jonathan and Mr. Wike, PDP governorship candidate in Rivers, caused a large part of the commission’s current woes.
A source at the commission alleged that its management gave Mrs. Jonathan N3billion immediately after the National Assembly approved the commission’s budget. “They said the First Lady had facilitated the passage of the NDDC’s budget without delay by the National Assembly. That’s why they gave her such a huge sum. The payment was recorded as a consultancy undertaking,” the source said.

In addition, money drained from the agency is reportedly bankrolling Mr. Wike’s ambition. “Barrister Wike is using billions of naira from the NDDC to run his campaign. It is one of the major reasons that the commission has not been able to honor its obligations or pay salaries,” another source at the commission stated.

Numerous sources said Mr. Wike had handpicked Itotenaan Henry Ogiri as the agency’s executive director (in charge of finance and administration). The understanding was that Mr. Ogiri, a close associate of the Ikwerre-born governorship aspirant, would dip into the funds of the commission to help finance Mr. Wike’s campaign.

Bassey Dan Abia, a lawyer from Akwa Ibom State, heads the commission’s management, which is in its second year. Several disaffected staffers accused the management of financing other political projects across the Niger Delta, contrary to its mandate.

Mr. Wike’s campaign is said to enjoy a huge war chest from the commission’s funds. The former Education Minister, who is being backed by Mrs. Jonathan, showers tons of dollars, his preferred currency, on his supporters and underlings, including some ex-militants he has retained to intimidate supporters of his political opponents.

For the first time since then President Olusegun Obasanjo rebranded the commission in 2000, the NDDC missed the timetable to pay workers’ salary in January. In addition, senior staff of the commission said they were distressed that their housing, furniture and other allowances have not been paid for the first time since the establishment of the agency.

A long time staff of the commission said this was the first time in his experience that the agency had failed to pay salaries in more than a decade. “I was employed here immediately after I graduated from the University and the NDDC started the graduate-training scheme. We have never been owed salary ever. We used to receive our salaries no later than the 22nd of every month. But right now we don’t even know when it is coming,” he said.

Another staff said the board of the commission was filled with politicians who are bankrolling the political aspirations of their puppet masters.

“We got over 400 billion naira for our budget last year. But look at the situation we are in now. It’s so embarrassing,” the staff said. He said the board members were mere proxies who take orders on how to run the agency from outsiders who are only interested in what they can get from the commission.

“They are running this place like a fiefdom, and they receive orders from the politicians that put them here. They have given all the money to their political bosses and now we are in trouble here.”

Occupants of the commission’s top management posts, including its chairman (from Cross River State), its executive director for projects (from Delta State), and its managing director (from Akwa Ibom) were accused of funneling funds to partisan political candidates. The governors of their state of origin nominated members of the management board, except in the case of Rivers State, where Mr. Wike chose. President Jonathan and Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers have been in a long running political feud.

The NDDC was set up to fund projects designed to ameliorate the environmental degradation in the Niger Delta caused by oil exploration. The area produces more than 80% of Nigeria’s wealth.

A staff source said that, while their salaries have not been paid, the management of the commission was promising them a significant bump in salaries and allowances if Mr. Jonathan wins re-election on February 14.

“They keep telling us to expect a lot of goodies when the present president is returned as the country’s ruler, but does it mean we have to die of hunger because they’re doing election?” the source said.

Man hangs self in uncompleted building in Lagos

Residents of Ile-Iwe community in the Meiran area of Lagos State say they were shocked to see the dangling body of a stranger in an uncompleted building in the area.

Some of the residents told Punch Metro that the victim was on Thursday brought down dead from the rope with which he hung himself.

They added that efforts by the people in the community and the police to identify him had proved abortive. Our correspondent gathered that the stranger, who wore a white caftan, took his life between Wednesday night and Thursday morning after sneaking into the building in the night of Wednesday.

The incident happened on Lawal Unity Street, Meiran, Ile-Iwe bus stop. The uncompleted building is isolated from the rest of the houses in the area.

A resident, Adebayo Salami, said nobody knew the man and attempts to find his relatives had not yielded any result. He said,

“I was called on Thursday morning and told that somebody had died in a building.
“My initial thought was that it was somebody living in the area, but when we got there, we discovered that it was an uncompleted building and the man was a stranger.”
Salami added that the victim might have committed suicide to cover up a secret or run away from a consequence.

A community leader, Samuel Oroja, said the traditional ruler of the community had been informed of the development and plans were on to conduct rites to forestall a recurrence.
“I have called some other elders, including the traditional ruler, to notify them so that we can know what to do about the corpse.
“Nobody knows the man or where he came from. We have reported the matter at the Meiran Police Station.
“What we will do now is to prepare rites and make sacrifices to forestall a recurrence of unnatural death like this because this is a bad sign for the community,” he added.
However the Police Public Relations Officer, Kenneth Nwosu, said the police had identified the victim as Mosunmola Raphael, a 28-year-old man.

Nwosu said,
“His relatives came to identify him and they said he had mental problem. His corpse has been released to the family after they presented some documents.”

Ladies, Guys: Why you should Test your Lover before marriage

I’m gonna marry her anyway / (Marry that girl) Marry her anyway / (Marry that girl) Yeah no matter what you say / (Marry that girl) And we’ll be a family: Magic! — Rude Lyrics

The First Kiss
When I had my first kiss with my girlfriend number one, I could still feel the tingling on my lips hours later. It was like a million exploding stars. I swear I did not eat that night and did not wash my face the next day. I was in love for sure!

The First Slap

When I met number 2, I was smitten with her seemingly timeless beauty. I was in love and I thought she felt the same at that time. I tried to kiss her but got a slap for my efforts. It stung but I laughed it off. I was in love, regardless!

But I did not marry either of them. Number One was interested in a rich, older, sophisticated man: her college lecturer. She knew I was not the one and I was downhearted for a long time. The wounds were healed by Number Two till we both realised that we could not be happy together, not if we want it forever. You see, no matter how hard we tried, I could not take her to heaven. You know what I mean!

First love
Real love is mutual, reciprocal and fulfilling. So, when I met my wife, I knew what love was and how it should be. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew not to settle for less. A woman who ticked all the boxes and more was exactly the woman of my dreams. I was not about to settle for less or compromise on any aspects. As they say, life is like a bus-stop. If you board a bus, you can get off, at, or even before the final destination. The journey is what you make of it and the company you keep on the bus sure helps.

A partner that makes the journey exciting and exhilarating keeps you on the bus till the very end. Choosing the right partner is therefore vital. Do not settle for less than you deserve: not for fame or for all the money in the world! As Oprah Winfrey says, “Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo, but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when the limo breaks down.”

Teenage s*x
Almost all Americans have s*x before marrying, according to premarital s*x research that shows such behaviour is the norm in the U.S. and has been for the past 50 years. The new study shows that by age 20, 75 per cent of Americans have had pre-marital s*x. That number rises to 95 per cent by age 44. These statistics are, perhaps, significantly different for Nigeria. However, there should be a clear distinction between teenage s*x and pre-marital s*x.

This article is not about teenage s*x!

Pre-marital s*x
For those who are of age and ready for a serious relationship with a view to marriage, test- driving your partner and ironing out the kinks may save a time of misery. Many people today feel that you should try out your partner before marriage. ‘Pre-marital s*x is normal behaviour and has been for decades,’ says researcher Lawrence Finer, director of domestic research at the Guttmacher Institute.
One important reason for marriage is the sex. It has got to be great for both partners. This can keep you on the bus for life! S*xual compatibility and satisfying s*x is vital in relationships. You need a partner who makes you smile in anticipation in the afternoon (when life is stressful) and who you can turn to at night for endless pleasure. If it is not happening (if you are not happy at night), it is not going to be long-lasting, as frustration builds up and explosions occur in the divorce courts.

Women are from Venus
We asked some women to debate the value of pre-marital s*x recently. All of them have heard or know someone who is unhappy in their marriage. They are s*xually frustrated either because of the size of the man’s member (usually too small!), er*ctile dysfunction, premature ej*culation or just plain poor performance in bed. ‘A man who does not know how to bring out the fireworks is not going to be around for long,’ said one.

Men are from Mars
We asked some men about the same and their thoughts were completely different. They would want to check that the woman is fertile and able to bear children before marriage. So for many, it is not the s*x so much as the ability to procreate. Similarly, a man with poor sperm count and infertility can be difficult for some women to tolerate.

Test-drive your partner
One way to avoid it is to know your partner intimately, know that you can achieve great s*x together and know that you are compatible: able to live together happily ever after. Sharing time with your partner and seeing that you are a perfect fit is desirable before marriage.

Okay, this is not even my opinion but it’s open to debate!
Next week: Vote for Change or business as usual!

AD Vice Presidential candidate in auto crash

Tragedy hit the ongoing presidential debate as the vice presidential candidate of the Alliance for Democracy, AD, Akuchie Clinton Cliff was said to have been involved in an auto crash on his way to the airport to attend the vice presidential debate in Abuja, yesterday.
Also yesterday, another vice presidential candidate, Hassanatu Hassan of the Citizens Popular Party, CPP, who was billed to attend the ongoing debate was reportedly operated upon in an undisclosed hospital.

Men call me to negotiate for sex-Afrocandy

The soft porn actress Judith Mazagwu a.k.a Afrocandy disclosed to Showtime a memorable experience she has had with her male fans.
“The only experience I had so far was when some guys would start jerking off while talking to me on the telephone. Even some men would call me and start negotiating how much they would pay to have sex with me. I would just start laughing at them. Men are like babies, little things get to their brains” she said.

How PDP is Mistakenly Making General Buhari the President

The PDP, a party that has ruled over Nigeria and Nigerians in the last almost 16 years, chose a campaign of calumny over a campaign on issues. They recruited the loudmouth Mr Fani-Kayode, who had said a ton of unprintable things against the current regime when he found himself on the other side, as the chief spokesman; a major faux pas if I am asked.
All APC had to do was repeat all the guy called FFK had said about the ruling party back to the PDP, on a daily basis, including that the President hopes to ‘destroy’ Nigeria rather than let go of power, asides from other evils they have planned against the poor people of this country, according to Femi Fani-Kayode.

I wasn’t quite enthusiastic about the phenomenon called Muhammadu Buhari, until I saw the amount of evil mounted against the poor man. When the PDP promised to throw the kitchen sink at the man, I waited with bated breath for what they had in stock. However, I made up my mind from the beginning that nothing would ever make me support PDP. Buhari had my vote in 2011 and since the Igbo candidate, Rochas Okorocha - whom I favoured earlier because I felt Nigeria should address the Igbo “marginalization” question, and about whom Igbo people themselves made fun of me - didn’t emerge, nothing would make me not support Buhari again like I’ve always done.

But the strategy adopted by the PDP, actually worked against them and gifted the presidency to the amiable General. Don’t say I am counting my chicks before the eggs hatch, afterall one of PDP’s evil geniuses, one Femi Aribisala, recently wrote an article titled “How to Lose Elections Four Times”. Now he is panicking big time! I hadn’t known exactly what Buhari was about until the PDP helped to dig up more information. They claimed the man does not have a WASC (secondary school) requirement, when in fact the provisions of the law and its interpretation shows he has a Masters Degree equivalent. Whatever the 54 years old story may be, the man eventually got his statement released by the school he attended, including the Cambridge result comprising the names of all the other students he took the exams with.

While all that transpired, some Nigerians - those who are transfixed with the old ways of doing things and especially those who have sworn to destroy Nigeria if they don’t get their wishes - were selling the story that if Nigerians could as much as pin a single misdemeanor on the gentleman general, we could conclude that the man was striving to lead Nigeria so that at 73 years old, he could embezzle money!! It was case of “yeah we know the entire system is rotten, but if we could detect a single bacteria on this other option, then we can say it is even worse”. Imagine!

It clearly showed how bad our educational sector has let us down lately. And nothing could be put past a group of people who forged hospital reports that someone had cancer or Parkinson’s disease, or people who would publish in the front pages of national newspapers that they wished someone dead in a couple of years, making a mockery of our heroes past, including Balewa, Ironsi, Yar’adua, Abacha, and of course the iconic Murtala Muhammad!

Anyhow, the PDP gifted us Buhari, on a platter. Of Gold. I refrain from praising him here as much as I would have wanted, because we are moving into a season of modesty, honesty, contentment, measured-ness, humility, cleanliness, chastity, charity, sacrifice, indeed all the good values, in Nigeria. From the outpouring of love on the good man from the length and breadth of the country, and as documented properly on social and traditional media, the PDP guys who are used to rigging now know better than to try any tricks.

I know, however, that their last trump card will be a resort to violence, as they usually do, especially by instigating and sponsoring drug addicts in the north. Asari and co are already stoking violence in the south, unchecked by the DSS. The mob actions against Bala Mohammed and the Jonathan campaign in some parts of the north are instructive, much as violence is condemnable, it has been said eloquently that the PDP is no longer wanted in Nigeria - across its length and breadth. Even the core East now has a groundswell of following for the general in spite of the mudslinging. Father Mbaka helped, but the PDP itself has helped the scale fall off the eyes of most Nigerians. When a serving Vice president goes around instigating hate against churches, while his principal - the President - hops around churches hoping to drum up sentiments against Muslims, you know we are being led by two extremists.

Please see below Buhari’s references since he was 18 years old, and note that psychologists say people don’t change from when they are 21 when their character is formed. Muhammadu Buhari’s character has formed and he cannot be what they are saying he is at 73! It is all blatant lies. We look forward to a new government where universal values shall reign, where Nigerians will be proud of their country once more, since 1985! Below is what I was able to extract from the results and testimonials that PDP forced his school and his campaign to release, much to their detriment. See whether you would not be proud of anybody about whom these were written, mostly by white men and Indian Army Generals, not Nigerians:
