Nigeria's first lady yesterday was pictured rubbing her hands while advocating the no handshake as a form of greeting over the deadly Ebola virus scare as she met with officials of Nigerian Oceanographic Institute for Marine and Research purposes in Poland where she had gone to commission a training ship.
