It's things like this that gives citizens hope that we have something called security. Kudos Nigeria Police! It was a swift response to the case of the hijacked School Bus, taken at gunpoint on the outskirts of Abuja at about 7:45am on Tuesday, 6th May. Gallant policemen attached to the Nasarawa Police Command, following a tip and a massive hunt, intercepted and recovered the bus.
The bus, a Toyota Hiace with registration No. XG 246 GWA, and belonging to The Vine International Academy, Nyanya, Phase IV, was recovered along Lafia Road in Nasarwa State.
Two men were arrested. The suspects now in custody are Victor Essien, 40yrs, and Ubong Bassey, 49yrs.
