The "ghost" commander of the dreaded Boko Haram secct, Abubakar Shekau is really having a field day and he is sure enjoying himself as he mocks Nigeria's security agents and even the President at will. In a shocking and daring video, Shekau said he is now the president as he attacks wherever he likes. How sad!

Could it be possible that Shekau is in Nigeria and our Soldiers can't get to him or is he talking from outside?
