was intended to mark the return of Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose from a devastating knee injury, Pacers All-Star Paul 

George suffered a serious leg injury during Team USA's exhibition game at the Thomas & Mack 

Center on Friday night in Las Vegas.

Paul George had jumped up to block a shot by Rockets guard James Harden only to land his right 

foot against the backboard stanchion -- immediately snapping his leg in half, somewhere above the 

ankle. Here's a clip of the scene... but again, this is difficult to watch.
