Indecent dressing is exactly what it is, indecent. Girls think it make them sexy but they are actually seen as irresponsible even by the men who admire you and all they want is just to get between your legs.
To this end, the authorities of the Delta State University, Abraka has banned the wearing of miniskirts in the three University campuses. According to the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Vincent Peretemode, the wearing of miniskirts in any of the campuses has been banned henceforth.
