Yesterday 9ice’s ex wife, Toni Payne threw a little shade as news of Wizkid joining the Essence Music Festival lineup went viral.
Celebrating what is no doubt a big fear for Wizkid, Payne asked what happened to the “aunty” that promised to finish his career now that he is performing at the Essence Fest with the likes of Kendrick Lamar and Mariah Carey.
Many felt her tweet was shade towards blogger Linda Ikeji in reference to the ongoing feud between Linda Ikeji and Wizkid.
