See photos of security personnel lurking around the PDP convention venue

Ahead of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) National Convention in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, today, armed policemen have sealed off the Venue of the convention.

Security operatives were seen lurking around the area with claims to be obeying Abuja Court Order, which ordered the cancellation of the convention for now.

Recall that three court injunctions have been given regarding this convention. Two of the injunctions, given by a Federal High court in Abuja, suspended the convention while one by a Federal High Court in Rivers state validated the convention and insisted it must hold.

Even the roads leading to the Old Presidential Lodge and the Deputy Governor Lodge are now blocked.
