Buhari swears in Walter Onnoghen as New Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria


President Muhmmadu Buhari has on Thursday sworn in the new acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen. The swearing in ceremony held at the council chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
