(Photo)Police arrest Lagos soldier who got N6.5m for being part of Evans 's kidnap gang

A soldier, Victor Chukwunonso, has been arrested for being part of billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike, aka Evans's gang.

Chukwunonso, lance corporal, with Army No: 09/NA/64/6317 is attached to the Nigeria Army Band Corps, Abatti Barracks, Surulere, Lagos State.

Chukwunonso who hails from Onitsha, Anambra State was arrested on after Evans mentioned him as one of his accomplices.


The police said he confessed to have followed Evans for kidnapping in Lagos State thrice where he got 2million, 1.5million and 3Million Naira respectively .
