Rocahs Okorocha buys a bus for the Ministry Of happiness

 Governor Rocahs Okorcha of Imo state made news last week when he decided to create a Ministry of Happiness  and further appoint his sister as as the commissioner of Happiness and Purpose Fulfillment.

He has gone a step further by acquiring a coastal bus for the ministry.
