Dr. Phil, who was a guest at The Show told the host, James Corden that rapper, Kanye West's recent outbursts are a ploy for publicity. Dr Phil believes Kanye knows exactly what he's doing.
'We're talking about it, aren't we? We are here talking about. He just gets up and says something, and so, here we are talking about it, so it's working. You can't be wrong that many times in a row unless you're working at it,' Dr. Phil said.
'He just gets up, says something and so here we are talking about it, so it's working.' Dr. Phil said West's Twitter outbursts reflect a wider tenancy for people to over-share on social media.
