Governor Adams Oshiomhole's main man, Godwin Obaseki has won the Edo State gubernatorial primary of the All Progressives Congress held at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin, the state capital.
Obaseki currently heads a crucial sector in Oshiomhole's government and he believes he has capacity.
