EFCC Reacts: Fani-Kayode Didn't Collapse In Our Custody

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have debunked reports by Femi Fani-Kayode's media aide, Jude Ndukwe, that the former spokesman of Goodluck Jonathan’s Campaign Group, Mr Femi Fani- Kayode, slumped yesterday at their premises.

In a quick rebuttal, EFCC dismissed Ndukwe’s claims, saying there was no truth whatsoever to them. The spokesman for EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren said:
“There is no truth whatsoever in the dubious and attention-seeking alarm that Fani-Kayode slumped and was revived by EFCC medical personnel. There was nothing like that as the said Fani-Kayode and Obanikoro sat together and enjoyed their jokes at the first round of checks of inmates in EFCC custody on Monday night."
