Sources say some ex-Niger Delta militants have barricaded the popular Mbiama junction affected most of the roads leading in and out of Yenagoa the state capital of Bayelsa state and parts of Rivers State.
From time to time the ex-militants protest for money. It is unclear if this is one of such misguided acts.
