Lamar Odom to Face Felony Charges over Unlawful Use of Cocaine

After the former NBA star, Lamar Odom allegedly tested positive for cocaine, prosecutors are considering a felony drug charge against. Odom was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nevade on October.

Nye County District Attorney Angela Bello said on Monday that the sheriff's office submitted the charge of unlawful use of cocaine or being under the influence of a controlled substance last week.

A statement from District Attorney Bello said: "The Nye County Sheriff's Office has now asked the Nye County District Attorney's Office to review a request for prosecution against Lamar Odom for Use of, or Under the Influence of, a Controlled Substance.

"The D.A.'s office will take the time needed to appropriately review that request, along with all evidence that might support that request, in order to reach a just conclusion regarding whether to advance charges."
