A tanker fell at the Lagos-Ibadan expressway this morning and people are scooping fuel from it

A fuel tanker fell early this morning at Mowe, Ibafo in Ogun state and residents have been scooping fuel since. They are not worried that an explosion can occur or something. See more photos below:
