Governor Wike Reacts: I'm Going To Supreme Court

I Will Proceed to Supreme Court Following Appeal Court judgment - Wike releases statement:

The Appeal Court Panel presided over Justice Dongban Memsem has ordered the re-run of the Rivers State Governorship Election within 90 days. However, my legal team has concluded plans to appeal the judgment to the Supreme Court. 

I had earlier approached the appellate court to set aside the judgment of the tribunal, arguing that the lower court failed to consider the evidence – that a proper election took place in Rivers state on April 11 - tendered before it.
