UPDATE: Judge Orders Olisa Metuh Remanded In Kuje Prison

Embattled PDP spokesman, Olisa Metuh appeared in court on Friday in Abuja before Justice Abang Okon of the Federal High Court. He was arraigned on a seven-count charge by operatives of the EFCC.

The judge ordered that Metuh be remanded in Kuje Prison till 19th January, 2016, for hearing... a court has also dismissed Olisa Metuh's case challenging his detention by the EFCC for investigation.

EFCC obtained a proper court order to detain Metuh, hence the agency did not commit any crime.
