Leadership expert, Gov Fayose gives advice to fellow leaders

Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, is sharing with his colleagues, a few words from his vault of leadership wisdom today, August 19.
Fayose has advised Nigerian leaders to avoid losing connection with the people after getting into positions of authority.
The governor says fellow leaders should not let their positions create a gap between them and their people.
Fayose had his Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Idowu Adelusi, put out a statement to this effect.
“Apart from being able to gauge the mood of the people and get feedback from them concerning government policies, it is also an avenue to educate them on steps being taken by the government too.
“Not many of them have access to those in authority, and a good leader must be ready to serve and not disconnect himself from those he is leading.”
Way to go, Leader Fayose!
