Self-discipline is all you need, in most cases, to turn your life around. This 48-year-old grandmother, who once weighed more than 200lbs, diligently dropped 70lbs and went ahead to win a pageant. Her name is Janice Celeste and she has been crowned as Mrs. New Jersey in the US for 2015. Big congrats!
