My people If a woman takes money from her husband without his permission, is it stealing?

If a woman ransacks her husband's wallet, suitcase, pocket...anywhere he keeps money...and takes it without his permission, without telling him, is it stealing? And if a man does same to his wife, can it be called stealing?
