Yesterday, Paper magazine debuted their controversial winter cover, starring Kim Kardashian and her fully bared behind. Of the remaining unreleased shots from inside the mag, the magazine had said:
“all we can say about the images inside, which we'll be releasing on Thursday, is...holy fucking shit.”Guys, these people have just delivered. Kim Kardashian really did “break the internet”! Check out the insane new shots of her Paper Magazine released this morning after the cut.
The mag’s editorial director Mickey Boardman also is discussing the shoot. Here is what he had to share with Yahoo Style:
- If the cover was retouched:
“[There was] much less [retouching] than people think. That’s really what she looks like. That’s her. I would say it’s the normal amount of retouching that’s on a normal cover.”
- It was Kim’s idea to show her butt on the cover:
“Kim’s attitude was ‘if we’re gonna do it, let’s really go there.’ And it was her idea to take off her clothes and show more than her butt. But we [Paper] didn’t say ‘let’s do a cover with your butt hanging out.’ She said she was willing to take her clothes off and one thing lead to another.”
- Who put the oil on her butt:
“It was the make-up artist. It was someone who she works with a lot so she felt comfortable.”
