I’m Putting My Eyes on Security & the Presidency – Obasanjo

Former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, has said that he is now keeping his eyes on the military and those in the Presidency to see how they are going to contain Boko Haram insurgents in six weeks.

Speaking with Hausa service of the BBC in Germany, the former president rubbished the purported plan to form an Interim Government, which, according to him, violates the Nigerian constitution.
In Obasanjo's words: “When I return from Germany, I will ponder on how the government will tackle the six-year insecurity challenges facing the country in six weeks after which I will decide the next step if I should say something or not.”
