Principal of Government College Ughelli, Delta State, Mr Vincent Osi, may have just crossed the line between discipline and abuse in a very big way.

According to a report from Bassey James, the student in question by the name of Oruma Osi got into a fight with a fellow student over the use of his spoon. As punishment to the crime, Mr. Vincent took out a cane, told Oruma to lie on a table and gave him 100 lashes which left permanent marks on the poor student's buttocks.
if you are the parent of this young boy, what would you do to this principal?
