Pregnant Unilag dropout attempts Tunji Balogun's suicide moves, stopped by Rapid Response Squad (Photo)

After Tiwa Savage's estranged husband, Tunji Balogun aka Teebillz was saved from jumping off the Lekki- Ikoyi toll bridge, another troubled pregnant woman has also attempted doing so but this time she tried a Lagoon.

This happened yesterday evening but the operatives of Rapid Response Squad (RRS), prevented the 27-year-old mother-of-four doing so after they sighted her trying to jump into the Lagoon, from the top of the Third Mainland Bridge, with her 1-year-old baby.

She was restrained by two Response riders after a cab driver had drawn the attention of the RRS riders on routine patrol of the area, at about past 5:00 p.m.

On interrogation at the RRS Headquarter, the woman noted that she trekked from Medina Estate in Gbagada to the Third Mainland.

She claimed to have heard a voice calling out to her to come to the Third Mainland Bridge. She pointed out that she decided to hearken to the call because it was repeated and constant call out to her.

The UNILAG dropout, told an RRS interrogator that before the incidence, she had issues with her husband before relocating to her parent’s house in Gbagada, Lagos.

She and her baby were later released to her relatives this morning.
