The remains of Ronke Shonde, who was allegedly killed by her husband, Lekan, have been buried today, at Atan Cemetery, Yaba.
It was such an emotional moment as family members and few friends gathered around the burial ground to pay her the last respect.
Meanwhile, her accused husband, Lekan Shonde was hours ago arraigned at the Ebute Meta Chief Magistrate Court and has been sent to prison where he will be remanded for 30 days first.
Mr. Shonde was charged with murder after the full autopsy result of his wife came out yesterday.
The couple had been together for 8 years until allegations of infidelity, assault, jealously ruined it. And today, while one of them is in the grave, the other is in prison. Abandoning their two innocent children – a boy and a girl.
